Some DIY projects only take a few hours- like building a small concrete wall to section off an area, or even building a concrete stone firepit to relax by. There are tools online ot help you measure how much material you would need, and you are on your way to building something unique and beautiful.

Re: Cushions The Outdoor Soft Spot

Great blog! A patio table cover will definitely maintain the furniture looking beautiful and clean.

Re: Cushions The Outdoor Soft Spot

I love soft cushions on the patio chairs, but they can get destroyed fast in the elements. Patio chair covers help, but I usually end up taking the pillows inside during the cold months.

Re: New Furniture Collections at High Point from Sunset West & Marcia Blake

I really like the groupings although I prefer lighter colors.

Re: Cushions The Outdoor Soft Spot

nice one. do you have any idea what color of room lighting will suit this drawing room,
inside lightingthis

Re: New Furniture Collections at High Point from Sunset West & Marcia Blake

Marcia: I love the new Collections! It is not cheap...ordered @ $20,000 and the back cushions are VERY low. Very Low! At @ 19" high...they look nothing like the advertised photos??? And seem to be a design flaw, to me. Or the designer(s) (Janice Feldman?) designed the product one way and the manufacturer cut corners with an imported, lower, less expensive back. Or just an error that needs adressing. ?? Thanks!
